Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of the generic Booking Hub website and service (for example when you browse the home page, sign in, or use shared features outside a specific course provider's branded pages). Your organisation may give you additional terms or policies.

1. The service

Booking Hub is an online platform for discovering, booking, and managing health and wellbeing courses and related activities. Features available to you depend on your role and what your organisation has enabled.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Booking Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation where applicable.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your organisation may suspend or remove access in line with its policies. We may suspend access where necessary to protect security or comply with law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others or the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or scrape the service in breach of these terms.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Bookings and course providers

Course listings, availability, pricing (if shown), cancellation rules, and clinical or educational content may be controlled by course providers or your organisation. Any dispute regarding a specific course or session should be directed to the relevant provider or your local contact in the first instance.

6. Intellectual property

The Booking Hub software, branding, and content we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service as intended. You must not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and limit our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).

8. Changes

We may change these terms or the service. We will indicate updates by changing the "Last updated" date below. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance. Material changes may be communicated through the service or your organisation.

9. Governing law

Unless your organisation specifies otherwise in a separate agreement with you, the laws of England and Wales apply and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have under local consumer law.

These terms are a general template for the Booking Hub product. They are not legal advice. Last updated: 26 April 2026
