Cookie policy

This policy describes cookies used on the generic Booking Hub site (for example when you browse from the home page, log in, or use areas that are not branded for a specific course provider). Provider-branded pages may use additional or different practices described in that provider's own policies.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, keep you signed in, and improve security.

2. Cookies we use on Booking Hub

On this site we use a single strictly necessary cookie when you choose to sign in. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.

NamePurposeDuration
booking_hub_sessionKeeps you signed in after login so you can use account features, bookings, and admin tools you are authorised for. The value identifies your session on our servers; it is not used to track you across other websites.Until you sign out or the session ends. If you choose "Remember me" on login, the cookie may persist for up to 30 days; otherwise it typically lasts for the browser session.

This cookie is set with the HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes. In production it is only sent over HTTPS (Secure).

3. Analytics and third-party cookies

The core Booking Hub application described here does not set analytics or social media cookies. If we embed third-party content in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

4. How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean you cannot stay signed in and some features will not work.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom will change when we do.

This policy is a general template for the Booking Hub product. It is not legal advice. Last updated: 26 April 2026
