Help registering and booking a course
Booking Hub lets you create a patient account, find a suitable course, and request a place online.
This page is public, so you can read it before you have an account.
If you are unsure which course is right for you, or if your GP or care team referred you, contact your provider before booking.

1. What you need before you start
To register and book, you usually need:
- Your first name and last name.
- A phone number.
- An email address you can access.
- A password of at least 8 characters.
Your phone number and email address may be used for booking updates and reminders.
2. Create an account
- Open Register.
- Enter your name, phone number, email address, and password.
- Select Create account.
If you started from a booking page, Booking Hub may return you to the booking flow after registration.
Use your own email address where possible. It is used for signing in and managing bookings.
3. If you already have an account
If you already registered, select Login instead of creating a new account.
Use the email address and password you registered with.
If the register form says your email is already in use, go to Login. If you cannot remember your password, use Forgot password?.
4. Forgotten password
- Open Login.
- Select Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
For security, the page may not confirm whether an account exists for that email address.
5. Find a course
Open Book a course to browse courses.
Courses may show:
- Course title and description.
- Provider or organisation.
- Date and time.
- Online or in-person location.
- Available spaces.
- Venue facilities.
If your provider gave you a specific link, use that link so you see the right courses for your organisation.
6. Book a course
- Choose the course you want.
- Choose an available session or start date.
- Review the details.
- Add any required information.
- Submit the booking.
For some programmes, one booking request may book you onto all remaining sessions in a course series. The review step will explain this before you submit.
7. What Pending means
Most new bookings are created as Pending.
Pending means your request has been sent, but staff still need to confirm your place.
Do not attend a session until your booking is Confirmed, unless your provider tells you otherwise.
8. After you book
After signing in, open My bookings to see your bookings.
You can use My bookings to:
- Check upcoming sessions.
- See whether a booking is pending, confirmed, or cancelled.
- Add a session to your calendar when the option is shown.
- Cancel some future bookings when cancellation is still allowed.
- See online joining links when they have been added.
Keep your email address and phone number up to date in Your account.
